Where can I find a physical ALPE footwear store?

Find all the stores near you that sell Alpe footwear.

How long will it take to receive my order?

At Alpe Store, we prepare the package on the same day we receive confirmation of payment in our system, as long as this confirmation occurs before 12:00 pm peninsular time from Monday to Friday. Otherwise, the preparation will be done on the business day following confirmation of payment. You will soon be able to enjoy your purchase!

What is the deadline I have to return a product?

At ALPESTORE we give you a period of 30 days to make your return.

How can I process a return?

Log in to your account and in the Returns section, a list of all orders that are eligible for returns (made in the last 30 days) will appear.

In the "Actions" field select the option you want:

- Return of the product.

*If you wish to exchange the product for another model, you must make a return and then place a new order. We will take care of the rest.

You will receive instructions via email to complete the exchange/return of your order.
