Did you buy a pair of shoes that don’t fit?
At ALPESTORE, you have 30 days to return your order — and the best part is, it’s FREE.
Please make sure your return is packed in the original shoebox and placed inside the same alpestore.com shipping box or a similar one.

Do not seal the original shoebox.
If the products are new, unused, and in their original packaging, we will process your refund as soon as the shoes arrive at our warehouse.
